I use to be able to do shonen eyes, they were inspired by the anime Inuyasha. Then I got into shoujo and started drawing Shoujo eyes. After some years of reading a lot of shoujo, I just got a little bored of them.
Oh I know Crimson Hero I've read some of it, and I think it's a good story!!! I really like how the creatoer draws her eyes, they are really pretty and very detailed! I can't wait to see Kaji in that style! XD hopfully he won't look to pretty! XD Jk

Yeah, I sometimes wish I don't even have to go to bed when I'm working on something really hard! Lol we're the same and then also the opposite! I love the eyes but I used to do pretty plain shounen type eyes and now I like the shojo eyes! I'm really liking the eyes from Crimson Hero... but I think they're almost too pretty >3< I tried drawing Kaji in that style and I think its really fun... let me know what you think (when i post it!)
You should check out some of the eyes from Bakuman and Eyeshield 21. I'm practicing them as well but they are hard!! xP

Oh interesting! I think its good to change styles but only if you're really confident... I love your style how it is, but you could experiment! Thats what I did tonight, but it took me a while to get out of my usually style and now I'm having trouble getting back into my instinctual side Dx But its alright... I use handle the smell of permanent markers pretty well, but since it been a while, I think I'm not use to it anymore! Copics do have a strong smell, not like permanet markers, but it did give me a bad headache.

The permanent markers are the worst when it comes to smell >_< and some paint is bad too. I think I've just gotten used to the copics though cuz now I remember my mom and sister commenting on them smelling a bit too.
