Oh you can make the text vertical!! On picnik.com, just twist the circle thing sticking out of the top of the text box to turn it! Lol inconvenient, I know, but it works alright! You might need to totally do your avi over again to do this though as it'll upload with your name in the same place and its now immovable Dx
Yeah I agree! I got GIMP once and then actually uninstalled it because i had no idea how to use it xD I might try it out if I get a new laptop sometime! <3

Thats awesome! I dont think Ive ever really seen your wallpapers, but their probably amazing. Do people often make your art into avis for you? If so thats pretty cool.
Thanks, I edited it a lot to get it dark enough to look good for an avi. I wish I could have made the text go vertical instead of horizontal though.

Though that is true. I have GIMP and still dont know how to use all of its components to their fullest, and just downloaded a few Photoshop trial and have absolutely no idea how to use it really. Though with picnik, its actually very self-explanatory, and needs no download, which is nice.

Yeah another one of my friends said that picnik is a bit hard to use... but I'm used to it by now so I don't notice! I think its easier then photoshop and GIMP though! xD

I know right? In the begining, when theO used to have it to where you could only submit .jpg, it was really hard to find a good avi that fit the mark. But now its like you can just google or create your own, and submit!

My avi is from Gintama. And I did just check out picnik.com. Its pretty amazing, Ive turned this card into an otaku avi now xD
It seems a easy yet hard to use, but then again, Im new to it. Its sad that their going to be closing soon. Great that premium features are available to anyone though.

Just comment whenever you have the time, although sometimes I think reading the story takes longer than typing up a comment, depending on how fast or slow a person reads. I know I like to read things slowly, and go over them again, so that I understand fully what Im reading.

I havent heard of that theO user. Maybe I have seen them somewhere, but I dont remember. I should also check out picnick.com, it sounds like an interesting site.
That reminds me of me, I always change my avi whenever I get bored of it, or become obssessed with something and watnt to change it to that.

Yeah!!! I usually use picnik.com to crop and resize... and then there's a sharpening tool which helps. I know Hanako Sho is an awesome avatar designer!! She made me some nice avatars^^ Lol talking about this makes me wanna change my avi, for a new look! :D I'll have to find something cool...

I definetely recommend it. Its hilarious, always funny and comedical. And when it does get serious, its bound to have you on the edge of your seat (or right up against your compouter screen). Ive read a review on it in OtakuUSA mangazine, but hadnt actually gotten around to it until my Chinese friend got me into actually doing so ^^;;

Oh I know what you mean! Ive tried taking a rather large image and turning it into a avi, but it totally failed. The picture came out very...how do you call that...static-y? OH, fuzzy, yes, thats what happened. Then again, I did that using MsPaint, so maybe GIMP would work better.

Thankyou! I think this is the first time I've used one of my art as an avi... it is sorta hard! But I'm sure your drawings would look cool as an avatar!! I myself am not very good at making avatars for the most part since I have trouble cropping an awesome image to make it so small!! I don't know how those awesome avatar creators do it!
