Ack it must be tough to have to stay inside! Lol you're starting to sound like a secret agent office worker xD You must have a cool view out the window! I get like that too... if i can't concentrate or if I don't feel like drawing that scene, I can't even force myself to do it >_< You should just take a break if you aren't able to concentrate on pictures of views... Maybe you could study them and write down notes or memorize scenes and then try them out later on? I'm not good with memorizing anything but I like looking at different things and just making mental notes.

I'll look forward to that one when you get the chance! I have many ideas from work, there's lot's of windows at the office and I can take a really good look outside! If only I could go outside and draw but I can't, since it's tight security!
I like to use picture, but I get distracted by awing at the building structures or over thinking on how I want to get started!

Alright! I'll think of some ideas and PM them to you sometime... You don't have to draw what I say but maybe it'll give you other ideas or pictures in your head! You could also draw from reference if you find any perspective shots of manga characters or even realistic photos with bgs :D
Good idea! I'll take your advice and make sure to plan the theme out. Lol if I don't plan it, I might end up randomly drawing a city bg in the wrong place xD lol!

Hm I think that you should think of a theme before you add a city in, I know your ideas will be very awesome! maybe your characters are hanging out in the city at night or something? XD

I was actually thinking of taking requests like that myself so that I could challenge myself to practice thing that I normally wouldn't draw!

Oh my you doing a colored version of a city would be amazing! I can't wait to see that if you ever get the chance to draw a city! I really like that video with the city in it, it was cool seeing how the artist colored the building and the sky and also the characters too!
