this looks really nice, You're pretty good with Sai. Maybe the only thing you may want to do is make the colors a little darker? Just the water, but this looks nice!
]ooo cool inspiration pic, you did a good job with replication, though i like that you chose to use different background colors. honestly the only place i really notice stiffness is in her hand and dress; the legs and hair seem to flow well.
