Depends on what he's doing. He can either have it both or just one. Since he's actually a dragon, not a human, haha. But he tries to maintain a human-looking form to conserve energy and stay around humans, but sometimes his claws are necessary

Are both his arms like that or just one, like Valgaav in Slayers Try? Very cool picture; they look so sweet together.
