Haha! Yes I was hoping to see an anime villan! I am so thrilled for that and I am also very happy that you chose a Pokemon that wasn't the obvious for the Rat! Yes I love creativeness and I had forgot about Emolga but this is perfect!!! This is great and the background is awesome! I love what you did!!!
