Looking between the old one and this, you've definitely come a long way. She has more 'shape' to her body, the pose is more realistic, and the free arm is just so much better. It's no longer a disembodied thing floating in front of her. Plus you got clothing folds going on which the first one lacked. And the lines look more polished.
If you ever decide to go back to this picture again (I highly suggest it as it's a GREAT way to track artistic progress) try to push the fabric 'flow' a little further. It's still a tad stiff. Unless she was just moving, the fabric would be lying against her legs and curving to their shape. Also, you can curve the stripes a little more, especially around her chest. True they're lines, but by curving them it'll give her even more form <3 Keep drawing~
