aw thank you soo much for the drawing, it's amazing! I hope your teacher liked just as much!
Charcoal is pretty hard to use, well I'm finding it difficult :L But practice makes perfect right? haha I shall keep on trying! ^^
Your effort really shows, Panda! BUT SERIOUSLY, you do rule!! Your portrait works look so lifelike, in more then one way! its like the don't just look real, they feel real too :D Well done, I'm looking forward to your next work! :D

so many lines? you mean the hair? yeah for that part i used charcoal pencils but for most of his face i used the sides of the compress charcoals. thanks for looking :D
thanks jen XD yeah i like it in the far/smaller version too! while i was working on it i did a lot of squinting to make sure i have the lighting right and that i could see his face. yep that indentation i did for his hair is one of my favorite parts on the piece. thank goodness that i used it or i would have to shade in the charcoal and try to create the white thin lines (Which would be a hassle). I "rule at realistic drawing"? ... YAY!, but im not sure if im that far in my skills yet to accept that title, but thanks for the compliment :D i appreciate it!thanks for the support ;D

WOW!!!! Its simply stunning, panda!! I saw it on your world and it looked even better in the smaller, darker size there. but I really like seeing the detail in this quality as well! That pressure you mentioned has come out in your drawing here and this time, it makes it perfect and creates that stressed atmosphere :D JUST WOW!!!! You rule at realistic drawing and shading :D Well done and well deserved to get it in the art show! :D
