I was thinking he could be a good filler to use in any doodles I plan for the playground and shopping but I'm not sure about adding him in my post since Rai doesn't pay much attention to his surrounding. XD

Of course! He's the PGR Waldo. I'll try to slip him into the background of any PGR shot I can (if I can. Not every image calls for random crowds).
Feel free to use him as a background filler character to if you're stuck on filler characters. His photobombing doesn't have to be limited to my art XD

oh he looks pretty cool! I really like his hair! it's so nice and I'm glad to see you did an actual drawing of him!
I like the coloring too! I hope we get to see him randomly pop up in more photos! XD

Yeah, anyone can use him if they just need that random filler character, however as he is JUST a filler character, never mention his name.
He's going to end up being that one guy who keeps showing up, yet nobody knows who the hell he is.
