Awww so cute! I like the way you drew her sitting like that, it is a suitably childish manner of sitting, if that makes sense ^^ And her eyes are so well drawn, the hair too. I don't think you were lazy with the flowers at all! There are plenty of them there. They look a little like forget-me-nots <3

Her head is not too big, just the right size. :3 One of the rules by manga drawing, because you wanted to make it to look really young. Well almost the same rule by the general body proportions, but you get the point. xD

Still, all in all, it looks really good. :)
