Nicely done! :D Compared to the original color spread, which was more pink, red, and black, this leans more toward primary colors. Nothing wrong with that, though; it brightens up the image. And great job with the intricate detail work.
Granted, you may want to add a bit of a description (maybe about the process of making this image), given that this is based on an actual color spread. Just my opinion, though.
Wow! Amazingly detailed and there's just so much going on in the image! Looks like you had used a reference, and you did a great job making it look just as well! ^^
