I looked at the cover and then your drawing I think you did a fine job on him.
He reminds me a little of Li from Card Capters, but he looks cool anyways!

Ah I'm sorry!! xD I'm glad you like this though :D I honestly don't know... not trying to be smug, but most of it is instinctual! (Thats another reason why I say you're a good artist cuz I can see the same instincts in your work, how you draw! ^_^) Hands have been driving me crazy recently, so I'm glad I didn't mess up here! I use my own hand for reference sometimes and observe hands in manga for future reference! Sometimes just sketching the shape of them helps a lot! PLus it's taken me a year to reach this level... my old work was pretty bad but it just takes effort, determination, and work (even though I'm sooo lazy xD). And I can ask you the same questions when I read your fan fics O_O You're like THE PRO!!!!
