Geh, I'm SO sorry I haven't seen this until now! I've been sick with mono and school just started, so juggling school and mono has not been fun...
My complaining aside...
Oh my goodness, this is fantastic! You didn't have to draw my anything! However, it was very sweet of you! I always feel like you're constantly surprising me with pictures dedicated to me and it just makes me smile like a complete dork! :D
My favorite part has to be all the little extra things you included in the picture like the cards and the roulette wheel (by the by, the illusion of motion on the wheel is very well done :3). It adds a very fun and almost mischievous flare to the picture. Also, I LOVE their expression, particularly Len's; once more, it just gives me that mischievous vibe.
Rin's outfit is adorable. May I steal it?
P.S. I'm working on your picture and I apologize for how long it's taking! I really, really hope to have it finished and posted soon!

This looks really cool! :o I like the color pallet. Gold and black look so nice together. The coloring on the hair is great, too! :D
