About the drawing, I think that you did a wonderful job. I especially like the colors, the flow and the soul that this drawing has. You truly put a lot of you passion and will in it which I am sure that everyone can, if not see, at least sense it from this.

You're right about the skirt It was kind of spur-of-the-moment for me, and I went with it, and when I got to shading I decided I didn't like it anymore XP But the shading was fun, and it took the longest!
I remember this piece, and I remember liking the old version a lot too. Comparing them, you have definitely improved with anatomy and facial expressions. Also, I love the coloring on this one so much. The lighting is so well done. The only thing that I liked better about the old one is her skirt. But the fabric folds and those bracelets look great here.
As for suggestions for remaking another piece, personally, I'd love to see you draw the characters from Josh's story again. >LINK< You don't have to draw them, I just think it would be cool to see how you handle them now.
