Paint has some helpful stuff, but I get where you're coming from XP But if you're in school you can get Photoshop for cheap, that's what I did. Or you can probably find it for free online somewhere XP
Wish I had access to Photoshop to kinda clean up some of my stuff; all I have now is Paint and the only thing that's really good for is to resize the pictures.
i can do scenery with paints, and sometimes I can sketch them, but for some reason Photoshop prevents me from doing good backgrounds T_T No idea why, I egt impatient too fast...
but thank you anyways ^^ It makes me feel better about the whole thing!

Looks good to me, but then all my backgrounds are pretty sparse.
