Just some tips that I found out: I find that realistic is easier to do when u base it on shapes, shadows, and light instead of features or details! Thats why a highly shaded sketch like this probably looks better then if I have to do a straight realistic face without shadows^^' I just work bit by bit on all the shadows and shading until it comes together, thats why its different then an anime drawing! You should try again sometime cuz I know u can do it^^ Thanks again!!!
