Well I hope you like it, I just had the idea and went with it!!
They're actually pretty easy to make, just time consuming depending on
what kind your making.. The one I made with your AVI has 49 frames to it.(I was bored, and its actually the first time I made one out of one picture, I usually just use a scene(lots of screen-caps) from an anime, and add the same effects to each frame) Then I just use an animated GIF maker to put em together, and set the timing and whatnot.. Hope that made some sense lol
The Usopp one i made had, I think 4 frames, so it was an easy one, but one of the Hellsing ones was 112 frames, and that sucked haha, but I like how it turned out..
I messaged your friend to see if I could post it here on my world, but right now I have it in my DeviantART stash so no one can see it, but because she drew it I wanted to make sure it was cool for me to post it.. Here is a link to it.. LINK haha, well anyone who clicks the link can see it now..

cricket20 made it for me since unless I'm drawing from reference nothing I make is worth seeing the light of day. You could send her a message if you're curious about it. I've had it since I joined so she'll probably be embarrassed by how old it is lol
