No problem!! I'm actually going to take some requests soon I tihnk, so I'll put Vaek at the top of the list and draw him asap :D I'm so excited x) Haha! That sounds cool.. and I know what you mean.. I did some experimenting with digital colour today and I wasn't sure whether I should post the finished work or not, but I probably will tomorrow xD

I should draw a falcon. I think I'll draw a Merlin falcon ^^ because my sister once wrote about them in a story yeeeeears ago. So at least it can be a gift for her ^^ thanks for the suggestions! A friend from work also suggested a hummingbird, which sounds like a challenge! And Craig requested "a pleasant pheasant" XD so I'll be busy for a while I think.

I've been tidying up my picture of my as yet un-introduced OC, Kyte. ^^ I think I'll submit her picture tomorrow. I wanted to draw her in an anime style, but she looks more painted/slight realism now, oh well.

I would be beyond happy if you were to draw Vaek :D thank you thank you! That sounds awesome! I was thinking of maybe actually writing my little story out in a world sometime, but I have set it to private until I actually manage to write something I am happy with. Heh.

Heh, my cat has never been successful in her efforts to catch birds either. When she climbs the tree, she can never get close enough before they fly to another branch, and they've also strafed her so they don't put up with any crap. =P

We don't have blue jays in the UK, our jays look like this [link] still pretty though. I saw a family of four jays during the summer, but goodness knows where they went. There are some allotments nearby, and other open spaces too, so I hope they will stay safe from cats. The cats who live here in the flat below mine are a bit dim anyway XD I can't imagine Poe successfully catching much, bless her.

I'm reminded of the blue jays we used to get around here. We hardly see them anymore though. I don't know why that is, maybe a lot more cats wandering around the neighborhood.

Thank you! I was worried I'd messed up his markings somewhat on his wings, they are so nice and clear in the photo but on my drawing they seem rather muddled. Having said that, I'm fairly happy with them ^^ it would be silly if he looked identical to the photo anyway. *nods*

Aww, this is great! He's such a lovely little Blue Jay ^.^ Great job with the feathers and markings - I really like the painterly feel it has. Love your bird drawings!

Kyaaaaaaa Anna, this is beautiful!!! I love bluejays! Hey you could make cards or something, your art looks perfect for that :D You draw birds so amazing, I really love the different shades of feathering and I don't see any problem with the grass... I think it turned out cool! Nice work!!!
Oh you just gave me an idea, I'll see if I can follow through on it now xD
