(What does work for me when i get cranky, hummm sometimes i do bad things so its better not to stay on cranky mode at all.Sometimes I get sick and when I'm out of sickness I'm happy because i can jump and run and do stuff again.I guess crankiness is due to ourselves ,maybe I will suggest pauchuli to do something fun,that works for me).

Ok Pauchuly the remedy for crankiness is to grab a sled pulled by dogs and jump a high place down screaming yehhhaaaaaaa.
