yup, only recently, still learning my way through it lol. It goes with the lineart layer, the one next to the layer icon. the icon that has a page with a pen over it? the has a a new set of tools for it. the line tool is under the pressure tool.

OH you use Sai!! Thats so cool, me too! but I've never heard of that tool before... is it a setting or something on pen/brush?

Aww..thank you..I only used the Line tool though because I'm only using mouse..hehe..I still don't have the money yet to buy a tablet..lol..I'm so poor ..hehe..It's kinda easy if you're only tracing a stock sketch, that way you don't have to draw "blindly" per se....this is what I did with this....
