I completely agree with Klassic, this character is awesome and the outfit is so freakin' cute. I can totally see it as a cosplay outfit and i can DEFINITELY see me buying one. I love how you used aspects of Photoshop as the basis for you weapons, reminds me of my entry the Animator, but with an arsenal of digital tools rather than traditional. I can EASILY see this winning, good luck!
