That does sound like Ultraviolet. The problem is, that sort of character can work in almost any setting, so it's been tough to develop her.

When I make characters I start with the personality I want them to have then I start making the character around that. For instance my new character Videl, I based her off of myself. Shes a rebellious punk ass kid, but she also has a girly side that she shows every now and again. Feel free to correct me but when I look at your character Ultraviolet I get the feeling she is the serious and quiet type. To me she seems like the type of person that works alone and enjoys her own company. Or at least that's what I get from your drawing anyway ^^;; Sorry for rambling. I hope that helps
