First impression: Aaaaawwwwwwww.

Taking a closer look, I gotta say that I like what you did with the shading. The shading looks great. I especially like the blushing.

The only thing that looks a tiny bit off to me is his arm wrapped around her waist. But I find that hard to get right, too.

All in all, it's a really good drawing. What I really can't get over is the hands. Hands are so tricky to draw, but you overcame that so well.
