I heard somewhere that a polar bear's fur is actually clear. Don't quote me on this, but I think it's to let light through to their skin to warm them. I know their skin is black which attracts light, but having white fur on top would repel that light.
Thanks for the tip. After scanning, I'll figure out those panels as best I can.
Screen tones-- even digital ones-- look hard. Good luck with that.
Call it karma. Call it luck. Me, I just don't give a... BOUNCE!
Oh. Wait, polar bears' fur is white in the first place... right?
Haha, it's a plunge all right! That sounds like a great idea!
I find that sketching out your comic on a piece of paper, then scanning it into your computer to do the lineart and coloring/screentoning helps. I'm actually gonna redo "Takes One To Know One" now that I have a real manga program so I can screentone it (once I learn how to screentone, that is).

When you said his hair was colorless, I interpreted that as "clear" like a polar bear's fur. But that gives the appearance of white. So I kind of pictured him with white hair all along.
Your plunge into Manga Studio inspired me to use my old version. I'm having trouble with the panels, though. My plan is to make a short, little crazy comic thing. It's all planned out in my head. It just needs to actually be drawn.

@Keba Si Rota:
True, true. Though that makes me wonder how polar bears aren't invisible... *shot*
May the power of funny comics be with you!
Yeah... thanks!
