To rotate it... I uploaded this picture on a phone. So the only way I found to rotate it is to save it, then open it on Windows Photo Viewer (I think if you try to open it, it'll automatically open on WPV since this is a JPEG).

I have two questions. First, what does it say on the picture? Second, do you have a way of rotating your images? I think rotating them would make them easier to see.
