very cool. I want to see your sketches too! The best critique I can give is make sure you have stark contrast. The darks are darks, and the lights are lights. There is hardly anything in between. On this particular piece, I think you should outline her dress a little cause it blends in with the background. But the art in itself is awesome. You have talent ^_^
