I'm not sure if you have seen it, it's this walk through here.
In that walk through I talk about how I work and tried to show what I do.

hm so you won't get a choppy look with your markers, you'll have to use fast strokes in the area you're working on and layer it about 2 times with the same color for a solid base, but be careful not to rip the paper.
Let the marker dry and then add the next color.

I hope that helps! also I think it'd be a good idea to practice!

Yep, this is my first drawing that is 99% done with markers and 1% colored pencils. It was fun. And yeah, I'm planning to get more markers, cuz as I was coloring this, I realized I didn't have many colors..... The pip squeak markers are cool! I think I'm gonna get them when I have a 50% off coupon at Michaels (an art store), yep, I'm a coupon person...

This looks so good too! is this your first crayola marker drawing?!! You did a wonderful job! XD and you should really continue using them! you could try getting a 50 pack set or maybe the pip squeak 64 pack? those pack really have a lot of colors you could use, and blend!

lol I was also going to say that when I first started using crayola markers, I also mixed in colored pencil with them since I was a little self cautious about just markers, but after awhile I got the hang of markers and I became obsessed with them. XD

If you even need some tips about crayola, you can bug me about them!!! XD And seriously I hope you get to continue!
