Wow this is beautiful work! In one blink of an eye I can already see how much effort you put into this. I love the colors and how you managed to get so much depth in it - water, people, pier, water and then the city lights. Also there are so many elements that create the romantic atmosphere, I can almost feel a soft breeze :P
Are the two people in the drawing your characters or did you simply come up with their design for this drawing?

The city in the back is so pretty and realistic~ I can see myself being a creeper and watching their little date because its cute~ <3
The wall along the bottom is outstanding too! I love the vines, seaweed, whatever it would be, it looks so cool!! All the reflections on the water is outstanding too~ You're just so amazing! WOW Ellenor, this is incredible work!! Dewey and Jessie look so cute together, and they also look like they belong in the art instead of just being put there (if that makes sense >u<). Sometimes I have trouble making the character 'blend' with the background, but it doesn't look like you had any trouble here!! The background scenery is stunning in itself, I especially love the foreground with the water and floating lantern flowers, the reflections are so realistic :D That stone platform looks super too and in good perspective!
You're an amazing artist, keep it up!!!
