New art yay! and New doggie OC :D He does look totally cool! And I love how you did the lettering with the colors! He really does look like a surfer dude and a dog who loves water :) I also miss seeing your work, but then again when you have an art block it can be hard to create something. You will be back on your feet in no time. Sometimes we just need breaks. (like how I seem like I take a never ending break XD) nah I am just trying to pass college. >.<'
