I haven’t been blessed with the best art teachers, but what you’ve done sounds very fun :) very rarely, from a specific angle and if the lightings right XD Okay, if you’re very sure, and I will don’t worry, I’ve saved everything your telling me :) It does, I’ve been drawing digitally for a while now, and there are things I’m better/feel more comfortable with doing traditionally. If you need any help digitally, just ask me, and I’ll try to help ^^; and okay I will :)
Courage isnt a matter of not being afraid, Its being afraid and doing what you have to do anyway!
I guess it depends on your art teacher, my taught me just EVERYTHING well tried to. I took six art classes in high school I better know my stuff by now. XD I bet you are just adorable :D Pssh bothering me, I have been on my butt playing pokemon and doing much of nothing lately. I can do it for you it gives me something to do. Those skin color patterns are good too, but just remember the colors I gave you it will help you out a lot. Especially with paints and watercolors. Digital art work I still have a problem with because I can't be as free like I am with traditional if that makes sense. I can easily mix paint together and get a color I want, but when it comes to the computer it is hard for me to do. But I am happy that I can help you if you need any more just PM me you won't be bugging me! :)
I wish my art teacher was as in depth as this :D I’ ll try and get them when I can :) I wonder why no one else pointed that out too me, and no my brain doesn’t do that XD I know how not pretty I am ^^; and a tutorial would be nice, but you don’t have to, I don’t want to bother you, and for the digital palettes, I use this http://navate.deviantart.com/art/SKIN-a-chart-SUPPLEMENT-IMG-145160154 they’re very useful and she has other tutorials that explains skin tone too :) Thank you very much for all your help :D

I think it is drawing paper? It has some weight but not enough for watercolors which just screws up the paper. Try looking for water color paper or even bistol board is good and you can use all medias on it and it is very smooth, but has a lot of weight on it. Damn she has a lot of hair blowing XD I think you just have an artist blind spot. I think that is the term(I read it somewhere long time ago and I try to remember it!), but it is what you don't see, but others see it. You think it looks right, but something is wrong. Our brains like to correct what we are seeing and somebody has to point it out to you or somehow you notice it later when viewing it differently.(this has happen to me a lot I notice just little stupid mistakes!) When we look at ourselves in a mirror our brain thinks we are 5 times more attractive then what we are! Kinda weird right? That's why we think we don't look good in photos and some people are just photogenic. But in the photo her lips still meet up at the inner corner of her eyes. I can do a sketch for you of that photo and show you how I do it like a tutorial? A video one :D (gives me something to put on my youtube channel and help you out!) If you want that, I like helping people improve. Yes COLORS are your friends! Even in digital work and I know skin tone palettes are so awesome, but you want to use other colors too! Think of the skin tone palettes as a base and go off from them. I hope this helps more, if you have any more questions don't be afraid to PM me :D
It's okay, I understand and I completely appreciate it :)
I didn’t use any black (only in the eyes) but I could have used more of the other colours you mentioned ^^ I usually work in digital and I have skin based pallets that I can work with, but I will keep it in mind for any other media I’ll use in future :) About the face, I used this as a reference http://data2.whicdn.com/images/12565954/Bokeh-Inspired-Female-Portraits7_original.jpg, and to me at least it seemed to match up with the photo (to a point, I didn’t want to make it exactly the same) and I’ll use more water on the hair in future ^^ and I’m not sure what kind of paper it was, I know it wasn’t printer paper ^^;
And thank you very very much :)

Watercolors are always fun to work with, I think you did a wonderful job you just have to be careful with watercolor so it doesn't become a muddy look. When doing skin color you can work with yellow, brown, blue, red, white, and black.(BUT do not use black as much. I mean it should be rare when you use black, use blue and make it dark as black. You can see in my painting I used blue for darker areas not black:♥) And this goes with every media that you use, so keep that in mind. (I have no idea if you knew that but I don't see the reds and blues.) Blues are use for the shadows of the face and the red for like nose, mouth, and eye areas. What I wanted to tell you that your face proportions are off. Even if it is semi-realism or you are aiming for realism. The lips are too long. The lips should line up with the inner corner of your eyes. Also the head is too big for the body. The nose is a little bit too big. You should blend the hair more so it doesn't look like straw and that you have white peeping though, it should be a lighter brown. You don't want white peeping though. The watercolor pencil I think you used on the hair? You should of put water on it so it could of blend together. (that's what I love water color pencils so easy to use and create blends!) I don't know what kind of paper you used but make sure you use water color paper.
I think I went over everything but really you did a wonderful job, I just want you to improve! :D
