Yeah, I could see that; I've heard that the simpler something is, the harder it is to replicate exactly. When you're drawing something with a lot of detail, you apparently have a lot more leeway in terms of variation and it still looks great.

You should give it a try when you are feeling better, even if you just doodle with the style :D I think ChiPolVee used to do a similar style. I actually find it can be difficult O_O
