I feel weird whenever I do that technique. I don't like it; I rather use shading pencils. It's just... I don't know what it is that I don't like about it. I just don't.

the finger rubbing technique for shading after shading a area of a drawing can work too. I use it all the time, and hmm... what would you say if I have made my own drawing of a duel monster dragon?

HB and B pencil works the best; HB for normal drawing and B for shading. No other pencil needed. That is how I go about it, for afterwards I use my camera for uploading.

Oh, yeah! I know what you're talking about. Although, I also use some cyan-colored sketch pencils that have no eraser at the end. Because those are very light, I use regular pencils to darken my sketches.

Thanks, and yeah; it took me two hours to literally get him just right. The fangs were the hardest seeing as my pencil that day kept needing to be sharpened. Bloody thing.
