Haha, well at least I'm not the only one then x)
Yep, they definitely are :3 Oh nos, I've been seen through o O lol, I do love the color purple, but I love a lot of colors xD purple seems to stand out more.
And yes Q-Q yes I do.
pshhht don't apologize. It's not like I've uploaded anything in forever either. I have been terribly inactive orz
haha! See I knew those purple eyes were the most important piece xD I suppose your username gives away your love of purple a bit
Aw, you miss her?
Thanks ^ ^; sorry I took a break from theO for a while due to me not drawing anything otaku related, I'll probably post more tho :)
I love her eyes too, I actually started drawing the eyes for practice using a reference pic and since they turned out kinda nice I drew a face to go with them. I love purple >3<
LOL XD I wish she would O_o then I could just show her how.
@3@gefuwfgskjvhdkjfk, so...many...compliments...brain...overload!!!
Thank you so much for your niceness QuQ I'm glad you like it!
That's cool you bought one too! It's fun and really easy to use :)
Well, paint whatever you normally draw, but instead of digitally painting it, watercolor paint it x) (just be sure any pens or markers you use are water-whatever) Yay! Your drawings always make me what to draw more manga^ ^...and learn to draw digitally.
LOL, I'm so sorry, it was hiding in my closet all this time! Honestly though I'm not that good, if I can paint then credit goes to God cause he's helping me.
Tips~ Use thick paper, I use bristol a lot. I recommend (masking) taping it to the desk before painting. I also recommend buying some patience because you're gonna have to wait for the paint to dry before you can add more paint (you might want to be drawing something else while waiting) the main technique I use is wet on wet paper, basically meaning use a large brush to spread plain water on the paper till it's really damp then add the colors to it. The colors will mix some and spread wherever you painted water.(that's how I did her hair) The water dilutes the color so use darker or more concentrated paint. Don't use wet on wet technique for more detailed work (that's probably obvious) Just use the paint on dry paper (the paints dry a lot faster this way if you don't have the patience for wet on wet paper) Also a tooth brush makes awesome splatter effects x)...and a mess. If you want a pattern to stand out or want to keep something white you can use candle wax on the paper and the paint will sorta dry around it......I could go on forever, I recommend youtube and your local library x) And Thanks again
Glad you're posting more artwork! :D I think my favorite are the eyes because of that cool purple marbling effect in them.
You better hurry up and tell Manga how you did the water color or she's going to hunt you down and shake it out of you xD *hands you umbrella to fend of exuberant friend*
WOAH HANNAH!!! You can draw anime!! and really well too!!! I'm so glad you posted this on theO, its super awesome!! I really love how you did watercolour. I recently bought myself the same watercolour wheel thing that I gave you for Christmas... But I have no idea what to paint since I'm so bad at it. But you've made me want to try something like this! I can't believe you say you aren't good at anime characters!! WHAT IS THIS SKILL YOU HAVE BEEN HIDING FROM ME??! xD This girl is so cool!! Can you give me some tips on how you watercolour? How do you get the hair to have such a nice pink and purple hue? And her eyes are gorgeous!! Awesome work, Han-chan!
