I can understand the using WASD and mouse combo, because that's how most PC games are controlled. It does take a big of getting used too. Maybe I'll check it out C:
It was enjoyable. There is a lot of new stuff to see and it has a great tone(?), very close to the feeling of actual dreams.
The only thing I wasn't too sure of was that to move, you have to use WASD instead of the usual arrow buttons, but you get used to it pretty fast.
The mouse also controls the camera, which is pretty easy.
Another thing I wasn't fond of is that once you start up the game, you have to exit out of it in order to click on other things on your computer (EX. You can't browse the internet while playing.)
Again though, that's just a minor issue. I would highly recommend giving it a go.
It also comes with a DLC which was pretty interesting too.
If I had to rate it, I would give it a 10/10,
considering it's a free game, it's pretty awesome, I could tell a lot of work went into it.

I don't want to spoil anything, but I just finished the game (short, but sweet.) :)
