of course! I used colored pencils for this and markers. I find that Prisma colors are my fav but for some reason they didnt mix well with the paper i was using. Sometimes the cheaper colored pencils blend better on different papers then the expensive ones. I usually use prisma but for this particular piece of paper i used crayola.
