I love drawing her hair because it has that curl factor I can totally indulge myself in haha.
I work in Sai so for the smooth lineart I use the pen tool on S-1 then for the hair especially if it's long or have a lot of curls I use the pen tool on 2-4. That and a lot of practice! :D
