I have some arthritis gloves, but since I use my hand to much at work, I can't really wear them because they'll get in the way.

Oh Understandable. Maybe try getting some arthritis gloves? They work pretty well for hand pain so long as you don't overdo it. I need to wear my brace while I draw so I don't grip so hard...
