I think it looks great. The expression is good and conveys a lot of feeling, and I don't think that the hair color is really off at all. Great job!

I don't think it looks bad =p drawing in pen is hard work. I'm not brave enough to do it ^^;; it looks light magenta to me so it's not far off ^^
