Which comicbook? Those are major characters from each of the 2 comicbooks I make:
Radoslava of Osierby from "Rusalka" is, as the title suggests, a rusalka. They're Slavic folklore equivalents of mermaids, they're land and water dwelling spirits of tragically dead virgins or pregnant women who lure and strangle victims in the wilds. Most recent portraiture of rusalkas is that of murky naked or monsterous abominations, Radoslava is inspired by a late 19th century Polish painter Witold Pruszkowksi https://bialczynski.files.wordpress.com/2010/04/pruszkowski-nn-rusalki.jpg The plot is... kinda candy-like, drama/tragedy/romance like Disney's little mermaid, you get the picture.
Lacene Riderguerre from "Vampire The Masquerade: The Return of Caine", as the title and you suggested is a vampire. She is the recent dark daughter of Biblical Cain (The first vampire). this comicbook has a much more advanced plot based on White Wolf publishing's Vampire the Masquerade universe. It's a gruesome and bloody story, as it should be for vampire, revolving around Caine returning after millennia of slumber to re-conquer the world and bring about the Gehenna, a vampire vision of apocalypse where the elders return to slay all their own progeny. She is more like Gollum from LOTR, she is herself a human in vampire skin, but she is also haunted by a tamed spirit that is more malevolent but of great use in combat to Caine.
