Yes, this one did take awhile. As far as the pose and the face, I had photo references. You did catch me on the hair though, that was not referenced from a photo. Thank you for your constructive criticism!
All those details... must have taken a lot of time and concentration. Interesting pose you chose. Eye-catching face. I peronally think you could have added some strong, defining lines in his hair, too. Still, it´s very impressive.
