I've used the blending took but to be honest i'm just not that much of a fan. I actually you this pen tool that fades in and out. I pick the color that I want and as I add layers I make the brush smaller and make the color lighter this kind of gives it a blended look. Now for this guys hair (: it was already filled in with pen(traditionally) and I just colored it in with a very very very light layer on my tablet. I'm still trying to get better myself lol
