There's a button with the words "Edit Piece" on it. It's near the "Report/Flag" button. The button will take you to an editing page. From there, you can upload it again.

Also, to reply to someone, click the word "Reply" (next to the date posted). It lets the other user know that you commented on their comment. I wouldn't have known about your comment if I hadn't checked the picture again. I had trouble finding the "Reply" back when I joined theO, so I figured other users might as well.

You did that with a mouse????? O_O What program did you use?

I think you did a nice job with the lineart, texture and shading. It's simple, but very effective.

The only thing I see that's off is her right eye. Since her head is tilted, it should be lower than the left. The eyes could be rotated a tiny bit counterclockwise, too.

Other than that, I don't see anything else that looks "off". I'm still very impressed that you used a mouse for this, especially for your first time.
