Thanks! I'm usually crap at portraits, but this came out well.
I haven't seen the Evil Dead remake yet, but I remember being excited when it came out. Actually, I haven't seen the original Evil Dead, but it's supposed to be excellent.
Quick breakdown of the Evil Dead trilogy: There's the original Evil Dead, which is a very low-budget horror film that Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell made as teenage college dropouts. There's Evil Dead 2:Dead by Dawn, which is a sort of remake of the original, but it's more of a horror-comedy instead of straight-up horror. Then there's Army of Darkness, which is a follow-up to Evil Dead 2, but it stands alone pretty well and it's the best in the trilogy, so you can actually ignore the other two and skip straight to Army. Then there's the remake of the original and the Ash Vs the Evil Dead TV show, which is a continuation of Army. So there you go. That's Evil Dead and all it's frickin' weird continuity issues.
Huh, this ended up being a really long response. Sorry, I get excited about this stuff
I don't know either of these movies but I will certainly add them to my watch list. This is a great fanart. I do know there was a remake of evil dead a few years ago, was it any good?

You know, I can't remember. I do remember he brought a toy shotgun with him, because you can't be Ash without a boomstick.
