The old one was super cute! The new one is just adorable~ That's so sweet that you redrew it and that you friend even messaged you about it. I gave a lot of my friends pictures like these and they say they still treasure them and I also keep the drawings from my friends. These kinds of things are such wonderful gifts to people~ :3

Did you use charcoal on the old one? It is smaller(details) and have nice shadings. Definite winner over the new one for me
