Lol, in the begining, I didn´t know either (Germany here). It probably is due to the fact that it´s taken from America (where they censor a lot) because english is easier to translate than japanese.

Fisheye is cool! I think sailor moon has one of the most fashionable villains ever! especially the Blackmoon arc!

In Italy anime/cartoons are heavily censored so fisheye was transformed in a woman with a woman voice actress and eliminating all the nudes scenes, but now I've discovered that's a male! sooo cool!

Don't put yourself down so much dear, these are all great little drawings! I'm impressed with your shading too. My cheap coloured pencils are awful XD

Leaving aside the bad circumstances this was created through. It doesn´t show that much, I tell you! I´m loving this! The new outfit for Salazar looks cute and fits him very well (I think he should keep it), Fisheye is an intriguing char and you caught it perfectly, the king is awesome and the cat, you know, is just marvelous! So lovely~

Seconding Chris's comment. XD Even on lined paper, this looks nice!
