I don't know anything about digital art which is too hard to pull off (so kudos to you to be able to draw digitally) the only tip I would like to give you it's maybe to use thinner lines in the face to make the lineaments more delicate and a little more natural. that being said good work with this!
I think this is more relateable of a design than the "little sister" which BGM would be to her. It´s like her personality is more grown up and she seems to be confident with talent to back it up.

I think she looks very cute. Actually, her robes look more 'magician like' to me
