I agree. I guess working with digital i feel i learn something new everytime. Just a few weeks ago i had a "breakthrough" technique wise. Now i feel that the works i've done prior feel outdated. Been tinkering around with it just to make sure it wasnt a 1 time fluke drawing. It's one step closer to developing my own style.
I see, what a pity, but in the end the best thing it's too use what are you more comfortable with. I feel very clumsy and easily bored with digital on the other hand ahah
Mahalos for the comment Groovy. I dunno if any traditional media will come out any good if i were to do one now. I guess you can say I've been spoiled by digital media because I redraw a lot. Unfortunate to say that the only traditional tools I have experience with, are lead pencils (soft) and ball point pens on notebook paper (I didn't like crayons, colored pencils, water colors, etc etc). I think that the reason for leads and pens is that they were easily available when ever I felt like drawing. Who knows, one day Groovy...one day. Lol.
that's very detailed for a small canvas! I really admire how you continue to experiment and practice even if you're already sooo good! Oh I would love too see a traditional piece from you thought, I bet it would look pretty awesome.
