Sometimes I think you just have to a risk and get it anyways. I had to do that when I was searching for some alcohol based markers that were not copic since those are too expensive.
Hopefully you will be able to find some in an art store! It's kind of odd if there's none.

ah thanks *-* really took the time to blend, I just love grey/tan paper.. but the quality it's just meh.. I hope she'll like it, I still have to give it to her..

Ahhh.! thank you for your comment! and yes I want toned paper SO BAD but there's no other way but buying online, but it's expensive and I don't like buying art material if I can't see it touch it before IRL.. sigh first world problems..

I will definitely but toned paper one day. I have to.
