Oh yes I think even with cheap watercolor you still can do great stuff, But I just can't use them properly yet DX I'm glad you like it anyway, and yes she surely did!
My mom it's obsessed with butterflies! her home it's full of butterflies magnets, stickers on the walls, butterflies paintings, it make people dizzy! XD watercolors are so hard! But I would love to master them! the thing it's they're long to use! you have to prepare the water, the brushes, create a palette, wait for them to dry..... it takes forever! I would love to see something in watercolors form you actually!
Thanks! yeah I definitely sucks with watercolors I think they're quite a peculiar medium, but I would like to learn because you can do such amazing things with it! and yes red hair are quite beautiful!
I actually think this looks great! Especially if you don't have much experience with the materials you used. I love her design as well and I have a soft spot for red hair xD Everything you did gave it a very unique look!

I only have cheap watercolours too, but I did buy some decent paper a while ago. I haven't used it yet XD don't want to waste it!
I think you did well. Watercolours are fiddly, especially with thin paper. Very pretty ^^ I'm sure your Mum likes it.
