Oh my gosh this looks adorable! so so pretty! I love chibi-ish looking Cynosaura and Chloe it's adorable, I'm happy to see her again!
oh and you totally got her right, she just loves to take everyone under her protection and teacher them stuff, so yeah she would immediately take lil Chikorita as her new baby, thank you so so much for this it's adorable! I put it as my phone background so I can see it always!
